Monthly Affiliate Newsletters - July 18, 2008

Dear Valued Partners,

I hope the start of July has already brought you plenty of good fortune. For us here at UMM it is business as usual. I wanted to first give you an update on our new state-of-the-art call center that will be going live in the next two weeks.

What will this mean for you? Well, the new call center is going to increase your revenue by providing clients a faster and more convenient way of getting a hold of our company by phone.

We will have client representatives standing by to answer any questions a potential prospect could have before purchasing or a client could have after purchasing and using one of our many products. Because of this new availability, it will take our customer service to a new level and can also take your commissions to a new level as well!

Stay tuned next month regarding this topic and I will let you know once everything is live and functioning properly. The second update I would like to discuss in this month’s newsletter is regarding Paypal.

Recently we have been working to introduce affiliate commission payments through PayPal. We are happy to announce that we are ready and will be able to pay all affiliates who request it through PayPal.

If you would like to receive your affiliate commissions through PayPal, then you will need to send us your PayPal email ID along with your affiliate ID to affiliates@universalmarketingmedia.com. After getting the request we will send a confirmation message to your email ID that it has been registered with us, and we will start paying you through PayPal the following week.

We hope this will help all affiliates, including those from countries where it is difficult to cash our checks OR had to pay a big amount for the transaction fees. Keep in mind, Paypal will have transaction fees for you receiving your money this way, but you will not be charged the $2.50 check fee from our company.

The third update I would like to discuss this week is the timing of payments. We have a policy to do weekly payments to all our affiliates who have achieved a $50.00 threshold, and every time we send a check we deduct the processing fee described above.

We are finding that some of you do not want to be paid weekly and would like instead to receive one consolidated check each month. If this is the case with you, then please drop me an email at amit@universalmarketingmedia.com, so that I can make sure this is done for you.

Here at UMM we also take extra care to pay our affiliates on time, unlike some other companies. Sometimes it may happen that a check may be lost in the post or there may be a delay (which rarely happens of course), so please do not let this disturb you.

Simply send us an email to affiliates@universalmarketingmedia.com and we will be happy to research your request. Paying our affiliates on time is our top priority and we want to make sure that you get your well-deserved commissions as quickly as possible.
